VS Code Quickstart (planned)

The Packata VS Code extension is planned, not implemented. There is currently no extension to install and no editor walkthrough to run. This page records its status so you can distinguish proposed editor features from tools available today.

Use Packata today

Follow the CLI Quickstart to inspect a contract and preview data from a terminal. If you are building an application, the .NET Library Quickstart shows how to read the same sample from C#.

Follow the proposed extension

The extension proposal tracks the editor integration. Separate proposals cover data preview and a contract tree. These links describe planned work, not available features.

Installation steps and editor examples will be added when there is an implemented extension to use. The VS Code reference status tracks the same boundary.
